The distinction

Eden Advisory is a strategic instrument, not a consultancy. The distinction is not rhetorical.

An instrument holds a shape across engagements. It has a standing set of commitments that do not bend to the brief. A consultancy takes the shape of the last client. Both have their place. Only one can be trusted with work that must still be working in twenty years.

Load-bearing commitments

Eden holds three commitments simultaneously. Ethical integrity is the only sustainable architecture. Sovereign institutions deserve tools worthy of their responsibility. The systems we help build should still be working a generation from now.

Each of those is a load-bearing wall. Remove one and the firm is something else.

The four postures

Research, advisory, execution, and investment. These are not divisions. They are the four postures a single engagement may pass through over its life. A research track matures into an advisory relationship. An advisory relationship commissions a build. A build establishes the conditions for a long-horizon investment.
