Not a product

Eden KOS is not a product. It is the instrument that makes Eden's posture on sovereign intelligence legible. A Knowledge Operating System, running on a single board the size of a paperback, with its own curated knowledge base and no network connection to anywhere.

What the instrument is for

Augmenting human thinking, not replacing it. That distinction matters because it sets the shape of everything downstream. The system is built to be a peer to its operator, not a broker to the outside world. Every inference happens on the device. Every retrieval is hash-logged. Every document that enters the knowledge base does so because a human decided it should.

This is the posture Why air-gapped, now describes in the abstract, made concrete in hardware.

What it is not

It is not a frontier model. It does not need to be. The frontier moves on a clock we do not set. The instrument moves on a clock the institution sets.
